Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the app. Go to the Profile tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you run into any trouble, email us and we'll take care of it manually.

Subscription & Billing

BookPassage subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS). To cancel or manage your subscription, go to your iPhone's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → BookPassage.

For billing questions or refund requests, contact Apple Support directly, as Apple processes all in-app purchases. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll do our best to help.

Technical Issues

If the app is crashing, passages aren't saving, or OCR isn't working as expected, try force-quitting and reopening the app first. If the problem persists, email us with a brief description of what happened and what device and iOS version you're using.

Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful — attach them to your email if you can.
